Born in 1976 in Germany, Stephanie earned her degree in International Business Administration in 1998, completing her studies in both Germany and the UK. She began her career in the services
industry and soon transitioned into HR consulting.
For more than 20 years, Stephanie has worked in Human Resources Management and Business Management, with a strong focus on organizational design and development, talent acquisition, employer
branding, talent management, succession planning, as well as change and transition management.
Having gained extensive experience in both strategic consulting and international corporate HR management, Stephanie bridges these two worlds with ease. She brings diverse perspectives to the
table and develops tailored solutions that meet her clients’ specific needs. Through her work with organizations of varying sizes, stages of development, and geographical backgrounds, she has
developed a strong sensitivity to corporate culture and excels at designing programs that strengthen and further evolve this critical aspect of an organization.
